Center for Economic Planning (CPE) Viişoara was created with the contribution of National Center for Asistence and Information a NGO from Moldova (CONTACT), and financing support from Soros Foundation Moldova, and Interchurch Organization for Development Co-Operation (ICCO) from Holland within the framework of Local Economic Development Protection (DEL) in August 2006.

            The project administrater is the NGO “Viişoara” partnering with APL and AEIC from Viişoara r. Edineţ.

            Local Economic Development Project anticipates, nurtures, and advances local level entrepreneurship about/with creating and developing durable partnerships and implements a modern design of micro-finance.

            CPE through intermediating grant assistance, and personal consultancy from places for creating and developing profitable private business funding around 6000USD for small and medium business development.

            From fund resources we finance businesses, or we act in the framework of business currently operating.

            Listed businesses currently financed from the fund resources should be functioning in specific local development and have a strategic development plan of local sustainability.

            Whatever wishes to start and to register legal business from the village of Viişoara r. Edineţ. (With a license, individual business, rural household, companies with limited liability)
